Little white bug like things in my tank??

Hello I just added some new corals to my tank today, and i noticed little white bugs on the glass, are these pests, and if so are they bad and how do i take care of this, any advice would be great thanks

Guessing Copepods. Good guys & free food. You want all you can get! Have fun.

Could be almost anything. We would need a pic or at least a detailed description before I would make a guess.
