How do you ship chaeto? Just in a bag of water? Also my 2c. Use a day night cycle on your fuge, like 12/12. I used to do 24h like some people recommended, but my chaeto didn't really take off until I switched to like 14 light / 10 dark.

I really don't think that that's a valid criticism in a searchable forum. With newfangled technology like google, a thread with GENERAL information can be added to indefinitely. I can see when people BCM if I had asked for specifics, like what is your tank size from a OP of a 3 year old post, but adding other information to a general thread seems better than having 100 other posts floating around. If posts are automatically worthless after a cuttoff date then maybe they should all be deleted after 3 months so that no one can accidentally stumble across them and find useful info from them.
