    This looks like an LTA, but note how white it is. This usually means that it is bleached and it's an unhealthy state for the anemone to be in.

    Now I may be reading too much into your picture, but seeing how clean everything seems to be, it looks like a very new tank setup. Anemones need well established tanks that are very stable. This usually requires that the tank be set up for about a year before you add an anemone.

    If this is an anemone you just purchased, return it to your LFS, since it's bleached.
