I got Ich!!! Helpppppp

I just noticed that most of my fish in my reef tank have Ich is there anyway I can treat this without taking out all of my rock work to catch the fish and put them in a QT? Is there anything I put in the tank without hurting my Corals?

There is no in tank treatment for ich. Drastic times call for drastic measures. One way is to section off the tank where no fish are and gradually make the fishless area bigger until the fish are in a small section of the tank. Then take the last remaining obstacles out and net them. Good luck.

Tell us a little more info so we can help you.

I have the Red Sea C-250 I have a pair of clowns, a powder blue tang, yellow wrase, clearer shrimp and a 6 line
With a a couple of mushrooms, a clam, hammer and torch corals all are frags
I think the issue came from the tang I bougth from the LFS because that's what I added last a couple of days ago.
What would you suggest to section off the tank? Any tricks? I am reading that people are suggesting I up my temp slowly to 80 will that help? I also read that I should put a garlic supplement with the food.
I also don't have a QT so I am not sure what to do I am so frustrated and scared that I am going to loose my fish

We get more questions on ich than any other fish disease. In addition to this being a problem for reef keepers, it's also a big problem in the commercial fish farming industry.

To sum up, and your not going to like this one bit. You can not section off the tank There are no tricks that work. Save your money on the so called "reef safe" treatments. No matter what the LFS tells you, no matter what it says on the bottle, no matter what others might tell you, there are no "reef safe" treatments that are effective. Raising the temp is a FW ich treatment. It does nothing for SW. It's a different disease.

In short you must treat in a quarantine tank. Copper or hyposalinity are the only reliable treatments. Don't use both at once.
