How to photograph corals and tank with blue lights?

Lots of user take pics using DSLR cameras in RAW format, this mode allows for major editing in photoshop.

Other ways would require flash over the tank and other methods.
 
If you are going to take shots with actinics you will never get a realistic look. Even shooting RAW and adjusting the white balance will not compensate for the intense blue color.

If you do want to go that route, try and find a neutral grey card to add to the shot and use it to adjust white balance.

A better way is to shoot with your lights having some white component to them. Even if it is not balanced and leaning more towards blue you will still have a better chance of adjusting them.
