Help ID Coral Please....

Dont have a clue what this is. It just started growing on my live rock. At first we thought it might be a mushroom, but looks like some type of brain coral now. Thanks all!

hard to tell but something similar to a favia maybe an acan or could be a candy cane. Need better pic

I would say Favites, as it has shared walls.

Thanks and yes it does have multiple heads I believe. What do exactly do u mean by multiple heads?? If you can explain that better, I could tell you.

Maybe multiple polyps or mouths might have been a better way of putting it. In the picture it looked like there were a few distinct roundish areas, with a central mouth in each, especially in the colony on the top, rather than looking like one solitary polyp/mouth.

Where do I find infor on favia?? Is it a pretty coral? Something desirable??
