I am new to the saltwater aquarium hobby. I am taking it slow and simple, and hope to gain a lot more knowledge from this forum and with experience. One reason for taking it slow is the cost of the hobby. Whew! But it is worth it. The hobby has a calming, meditative effect on me.
I have a 29 G tank, that I actually bought from an old coworker who was selling all her ex-boyfriends stuff. Unfortunately, most of the stuff I got along with the tank was broken and useless, so I still ended up having to invest a lot in the start up. I want to eventually have fish and coral. So far I have 6 small cone snails, 2 scarlet legged hermit crabs, a clownfish, a royal gramma, and one live turbo snail, and I think the other is dead. I intend to post a question regarding that once I introduced myself. I appreciate your help.
