My tank although small and over stocked at the moment runs 0 for ammonia, nitrite and nitrates. I test it every couple of days. Plenty of pods and health seems good but i need to add a air stone as the ph is dropping. Alkalinity is at 9.5 dkh calcium 420. Only thing i could figure was that it was low dissolved oxygen from high stock.
Quarantining all the fish and running hypo. They are still eating and seem quite happy. My wife opened this account for me and she posted the above. Looking at starting a larger tank next month if a bonus comes through from work so I can move the fish there after hypo <crosses fingers>
