Green Star Polyps .... suggestions?????

Hi all,

I have green star polyps that open, but very inconsistently. All other coral in the tank is in great shape.

Any help or suggestions to get them to open more consistently will be greatly appreciated

BlueZoo - say this... if it helps,

They react quite quickly to changes in water parameters by not opening. It is very important to make sure your pH and Alkalinity are balanced.

they are moody people, flow matters and placement does too. I have had mine on the top left corner and they have 30x in size in a matter of year.

Mine react to the lighting.
When the lights are off, they are just a mass of pimply looking purple leather.
10 minutes after the main lights come on, they are like a patch of over grown grass, swaying in the breeze.
