I had an MP-10 that's about 2.5 years old. The magnet on the wet-side had cracked somehow, and that had caused a bearing on the dry-side to wear out. They're giving me a brand-new wet-site magnet and a factory refurbished dry-side for free and are not charging me for return shipping. Basically, for the cost of the shipping out there, I got a *new* MP-10.

I agree that they have excellent customer service. I bought two MP10s and had a noise issue with one. The replaced it immediately and sent me the old one back to keep!

Me too, but I guess he felt that warranty or not the magnet should not have cracked, and since they felt that's what caused my noisy dry-side (bearing), they replaced the whole thing. #customerforlife
