As promised early I will post here the step by step of the moving process.

Here it is the tank as it is today:

it is 64" L x 30" H x 23" W all glass drilled at the bottom of the tank with 1" bulkheads at each side and with some overflow boxes (its all covered by rockwork)
it has a DSB about 4" at the highest Point and 2 at the lowest
dont recall how many LR is in it but like 60 Kilos

The live stock is:
3 Sebae Clowns
3 bluetangs
1 Citrus Clown Goby
1 Royal Gramma
1 Gold Neon Goby
2 Lysimata Shrimp
like 5 red legged Hermit Crabs
10 or More Snails
1 Rose BTA
some Pulsing Xenias ( it all started with a Frag)
1 Yellow Sarcophyton
some orange zoos
some Polyp Star
some green Polyp Star
some Palithoa and Protopalithoa Sp. (chocolate polyps?)
1 chunk of Tubipora Musica (red Organ Pipe)
lots of red cartwheel mushrooms (it all started with 4)
like 20 green furry mushrooms

I light it with a orbit 72" 2x96w actinic and 2x96w daylight
I use as the return pump a rio 32hf with a scwd
for the current issues i use 4 maxijet 1200, 1 seio 820? or 850?
and for the skimming process its a G2 skimmer

step 2 doing holes (hoyos in spanish)

heres a picture of the tank during the drilling process, there you can see Juan Jose, a dear friend (who actually owns a great aquarium in Mexico, and who gets lot of mentions at Garf), he did lots of the supervision part and provided some of the tools for doing great "hoyos"....

step 2.2

Now the Hardware Part

Here it is the original sump diagram

Once built it had to be corrected due flow risks and problems

the front will serve as a refugium...
the back is designed to hold a g2,g3 or g4 skimmer
and at the very end it is the return pump area....
I tried with a MAG 36 but man that is too noisy :(

I guess i will go for a Mag 18 or 24 or perhaps 2 rio 32HF

the corrections made were done reducing some of the inner heights
