Frag Racks

For those of you that have frag racks attached to the glass, where do you get yours and what kind do you like? The front of the tank is getting full so its time to expand upwards

yeah they are pricey but they become "Live" over time and they are so light and porous it's not even funny. I'm thinking about having them make covers for my Over-Flow

Just be careful using "Any" egg-crate. Many theorize that some types of egg-crate somehow or another lead to algae problems. I didn't really "buy into" that theory but I've been wrong before.... below is a picture of my Egg-Crate Frag rack (YMMV)

So as you can see there is NO more egg-crate frag racks in my tank and I doubt you'll ever see any INSIDE the tank again.

I made mine out of a mag float and egg crate. Just supr glued the egg crate to the mag. I do get some brown fuzzy algae on my frag rack but onthing like what was in the pic. There might have been some nutrient issues with that tank.
