I would like to add a wrasse to the following group in a RSM 250/65 gallon:

2 black clowns
Flame angel
Dwarf golden moray
Royal gramma
Lawnmower blenny

Urchin
Brittle star
Hermits
2 peppermint shrimp
Various snails

I would like an active wrasse, other than red or orange, which most of them seem to be. Any suggestions for me?

I'm a big fan of the 6 line plus they eat the baddies. So, 6 line is my vote. Plus not knowing ur system I'm staying small.

.........yep. I'm a reefer.

I vote for 6-line for the reasons stated above.

I do have a word of caution... you listed
Dwarf golden moray - That's going to be a tough one there... it's going to outgrow your system with 75g being MIN if in a species specific system. Also they are MEAT eaters and will over time possible wipe out your invert selections there. If not well fed it will start to feed upon other "meat items" in your tank which could get expensive.

I'm not against a Dwarf Golden Moray by any means... they are one of the most beautiful of the group but they aren't exactly well suited for a "Community" type of tank.
