Now, if I want to move the tank and rearrange the live rock, how exactly is this done without hurting or stressing anything out?

DUDE! You need to get that bubble tip anemone out of there and back to the store. Your tank is too small and too new to support it.

The water was tested and it came from a small tank so I think it will be fine. It seems to be doing well so far. From what I've read it seems like it should be fine.
