You probably wanted to post this in the feedback thread

But since its done I'll answer. I have ordered corals off of ebay before and picked them up locally. This calls for a very inexpensive coral, especially if its an auction with no other bidders. Some of the people that sell on ebay are just hobbyists that have extra corals, you can tell from their listing templates. Always check their feedback and read EVERYTHING before buying.

Thanks!
I did read feedback and the sellers are from actual local fish stores that have realized that ebay can be another outlet for customers.
You know power sellers with sales pf more than 500.

Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware

Truer words were never spoken (err typed)

there's nothing like having someone you KNOW is going to be there if there is a problem. With eBay it's to easy to "duck & hide" if there's a problem. Last time I got screwed on eBay it took 120days to get my money refunded and that was thanks to PayPal.....

I am not going to go hog wild. But if the sellers are top notch sellers and have 99.7% and higher on buyers positive feedback then it seems that they are reputable.
I will let you guys know if I win any auctions.
