Crab ID please

Hi, I'm Ann...My tank is 2 weeks old and I spotted this guy the other day early in the morning. Haven't seen him since. Is he good or bad? He's about 1/4 inch big. Thanks

Crabs are usually nocturnal so your best bet is to wait for the lights to go out, and about 1-2 hours after, scan your aquarium with a red light. I'm pretty sure you will eventually spot it again.

It looks really young, whichever crab it is, which PSU4Me suggested the xanthidae family which I am agreeing with.
