HELP! Clown fish sick?

So my clowns have something growing on them.

Dominate clown had one on the head near eye but its now gone however the one that is harassed all the time now has several.

Looks like a white parasite. Im at a loss. Doesn't seem to bother them but i don't like it.

Anyone able to ID and suggest a treatment

Its the two white specks, one at corner of his mouth and the other behind the stripe. Like a small white parasite attached to him. He eats like a pig, its only the 2 spots and he swims fine but he is harassed by the dominate one of the two.

No signs of velvet or other spots.

There are a number of external parasites that fish get (e.g. isopods). If the parasite is large enough, I'd pull the fish out and take it off w/ tweezers. If you aren't comfortable with this method...a quick search on the internet provided lots of different methods for removal.
