Here are some updated pics...please excuse the pics. I was borrowing a friends slr and didn't have the flash I usually use and was lazy and didn't edit the pics. I am also still having some trouble with my caps. I will also apologize for the amount of pics. I kind of get carried away taking pictures ;D Anyways...here are the pics and have a Merry Christmas!

Looks great! What size tank is it? And do you run carbon? Maybe the leather is causing some chemical warfare and that's what's causing your caps to do poorly.

I appreciate it!

The tank is a 125g display. I run a 20g tall fuge, and a 75g sump. I use sea chem sea-gel inside a phosphate reactor. The sea gel is a mix of phosban and carbon. It's not the ideal setup b/c the carbon really should be changed befor the phosban. I may end up getting another reactor and running them separate.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately no frags yet...No frag tank and no time for one really. But I will see what I can do haha

Funk...That is actually a Joe the coral. It is a pretty slow grower in my tank.

tektite...It is a Pavona maldivensis. I have mine at the bottom as you can see. I have never tried any high near the lights but mine loves it down near the bottom.

Absolutely gorgeous reef aquarium!!!

Could you tell me some details about your lights and your filtration system? Pics would be great too if you have them.

Thanks again for sharing!!!

Good Luck And Have Fun!!!;

125g reef.
Lighting:
-Current USA Sunpod 3-150w with phoenix 14k bulbs.
-Just added 2-72" 160w vhos. Bulbs are uri super actinic run by ice cap 430 ballast.(not using yet)
-Fuge lit by standard fluorescent in a shop light reflector.

Filtration:
-Roughly 115-150;b of lr.
-Standard 75G used for Sump
-Euro-Reef rs135 Skimmer
-Via Aqua phosphate reactor filled with sea-chem sea-gel. I may be switching to GFO.
-Current usa 25w gamma uv sterilizer.
-300w Azoo titanium heater and a 250w stealth heater.
-Precision marine kalk reactor.
-Geo 612 Calcium reactor. 5lb C02 bottle with reef fanatic regulator and solenoid. ARM large grain media.
-20g tall fuge with sand, cheato, and culerpa prolifera. Small powerhead in fuge.
-Spectrapure ato with 10g tank. Ato and kalk reactor fed by tom aquatics aqua-lifter.
I think that's it.

Flow and Pumps:
-Cal. reactor has ehiem rec. pump. Maxi-jet 1200 feed pump.
-Via-Aqua 700gph feeding uv sterlizer and fuge. It's toned down flow wise.
-Mag 18 return pump.
-Maxi-Jet 1200 feeding Phosphate reactor.
-Vortech mp-40w.
-Just got a tunze 6105 and 7091 controller. Flow is a little direct so I am going to buy 6205 shroud for the 6105.
-2 Koralia 2's.

Monitoring and Control:
-Reactor controlled by Milwaukee sms-122 ph controller.
-American marine ph monitor.
-American marine temp. monitor.

I think that should do it...I don't think I forgot anything.
