Chiller questions "cut and paste"...

If you can cut and paste these questions and add your own answers,I think it would be a big help to all members here.. I just put one on my tank and wanted to make sure everything is right.Thanks


1)reef or fish only? reef
2)how big is your tank? 65gallons
3)size of chiller? 1/4hp(overkill I think)
4)how often does it turn on? every 20 minutes or so.
5)how long does it run when it goes on? 2 1/2 minutes
6) what temp do you set it at? 79degrees

What I am getting at is I want to see how many times per hour their chiller turns on and how long it runs for..Thanks

I think it would be appropriate to include the lighting in these posts. I'm curious to see the correlation between MH and usage of chiller.

I just got the chiller yesterday. It seems like it comes on every hour or so and runs about 15 mins.
my MH flicker when it first turns on. the power rating on it is 1000 watts! (getting dedicated circuits ran for the tank)
