Brand new to the world of tanks

Corals like xenia and green star polyp (GSP) offer a good amount of movement and are fairly hardy. Leathers can offer lots of swaying movement as well, but are not always super colorful. Torch and hammer corals can offer nice color and movement, but they're LPS and require a bit more care. You may want to let your tank mature a bit before attempting these.

Mushrooms, ricordea and zoanthids all have great coloration, but usually don't offer much swaying or movement.

I have GSP and love the movement they offer. I also just added a wall hammer and it's still adjusting. Mushrooms grow way fast and add movement, but I prefer my GSP over my mushrooms.
