Black clown pair with ich

So the black clownfish pair that I was going to buy( first fish in tank) one appears to have 2 small spots of ich. I was going to quarantine them anyway, is this a show stopper? Should I not buy them? I was going to try and put them in with a cleaner shrimp, then try mor drastic measures if needed.
Any input?

I would certainly be asking for a deep discount to rescue them.

it may be worth the effort for the right price, but its a gamble.

Appreciate the replies, at first I was totally sure I wantesd to nurse them back, but now I am having second thoughts- I may see if the other store has a healthy pair(which I will still QT!!!)

This is exactly the proof to ALWAYS QT.
You couldve bought them one week earlier and they may have "looked" flawless", then BAM yer screwed.
