amphipods or copepods and where to buy

I've seen both mentioned as supplemental food for reef inhabitants. Is one better than the other? Where to buy and how easy to maintain a healthy supply??
I have 2 fuges - both fairly low flow. One has msb (medium sand bed) base/live rock and a small bit of chaeto. The other has dsb, mud,rock and will have mangroves.
I have only 3 chromis right now, but will have 2 Bangaii's in QT very soon...

You should just get a bag of micro algae from your LFS and it will come with hundreds of pods
