just a quick one guys. the algae that i have had died off and has now come back with avengance, i currently have a good clean up crew and dont think i need more, I was thinking of reducing my lighting hours down to about 8 hours per day to minimize the algae growth, but on the other hand will it be bad for the corals i have (soft corals - one mushroom type - the other similar) photos in my tank thread. any ideas will be helpful.

Currenty Tank chemistry is

salinity 1.025
ph 8.2
Kh 10
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Am 0.05

on another note this algae seems to have got worse since installing the vortech to the tank.... co-incidence or a contributing factor.
