Not sure what this orange algae is.

Looks like diatoms. How old is the system?

The system is 10 months old. These have been around for a couple of months. They will get thick for awhile and then almost go away.

What are your tank parameters and what do you feed the system, how much and how often. Also what livestock is in it

bicolor dotyback, yellow tail damsel, percula clown, 6 line wrasse and filefish.

It is growing in a area with very little water movement, that may be the problem. Just moved one of my pumps.

Doesn't your filefish eat the aiptasia?

flow is the cure. Moving the pump will most likely cure it

Just added the filefish a few days ago to take care of the aiptasia.
