Addictive Aquatics Frustration

I ordered some bulbs from Addictive Aquatics, here is my story.

I went to their web site as they where about the only vendor I found that listed ATI T5 bulbs... Really wanted 2 54 watt ATI True Actinic bulbs.

Here is what I order, the first order was a mistake but let it go anyway:

Then when I discovered my mistake (next day) I ordered another pair:

Notice, price difference, product ID difference, product name difference...

Well I got my order today.... every bulb I received is exactly the same...
Here is what they are:

Giesemann 54W Actinic Plus T5 HO Fluorescent.... I can get these bulbs from ReefGeek (which is where I usually order from) for $20.95

I sent them an e-mail and am waiting a reply... this is ridiculous.

Sorry to hear that Dave, I would call them the e-mail thing can work with some companies but not all and that is ridiculous !

i could be mistaken but the other day when i was looking at some lighting retros i saw a vendor that carried the ATI T5 bulbs.

Chad, I do understand your point... however neither set of bulbs where the correct ones, NEITHER.... and I sent the e-mail and attempted to call BEFORE I posted. I'm sorry, but in the past when I have had an issue with any online vendor I was able to contact them and it was worked out, this on the other hand just smells fishy to me....

Close but ATI makes a true actinic bulb, that is what I am looking for...
