I don't know...does it still not work? I think it should work for ALL MEMBERS.
I don't use tap-a-talk but maybe someone who does can chime in and give advice.

If in tapytalk I go to the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and open web view. Then you can vote on the poll. Simple but took me an age to figure out
