TheOutlawTorn Member Mar 21, 2009 #3 I am by no means any kind of expert on slatwater fish but just by comparing pictures it looks to me like a Filamented Flasher Wrasse - Paracheilinus filamentosus. But as I said I am no expert and this is really just a guess from comparing pics.
