im wondering why when a copepod topic come up, people talk about farming them with phytoplankton. i have a 60 gallon with like 100lbs of liverock, i only have a 6 lined wrasss and convict tang, and my copepods seem to be growing faster then my 6line can handle
i mean farming for their mandarin dragonet, i see the effort needed to feed these dragonets but why the effort to feeed the copepods, when my tank is just blooming like crazy with copepods, unless a mandarine eats alot more then a 6line does
Exactly!!! A mandrine primarily,and sometimes, only eats copepods and does this all day and night, as a sixline will eat copepods, flatworms, amphipods, and small pieces of meats
