White stuff appearing on rocks and glass.

Can anyone tell me what this stuff is please. I thought it was aptesia but it does not match any pics I have seen.

I'm not very good with ids so see the above posts, but I agree that it does not look like aiptasia. Aiptasia is an anemone so you see the central mouth and tentacles etc on it.

They look like harmless filter feeding sponges.
