White Jelly?

I noticed this morning that on the back side of one of my rocks i have this white jelly kind of thing growing on it.

I don't have any other way to describe its appearance other than..... it looks like someone squirted their soldiers in my tank....

It is attached to the rock though. it is only 4 inches away from a powerhead and i can see that it is getting flow by the way it moves so i know its not just sitting there.

dang it... i use a laptop and my hand bumped the "clicker" on it and it submitted before i could ask

I think someone else on the forum is asking about the same exact stuff, you should look for that thread. I know its on the front page of the forum, but thats as far as i can get you...haha.

I think I've got the same type of stuff in my tank. I'll get a pic tomorrow morning/afternoon and post it.

It's never really bothered me, so I have never asked about it.

its not big i would say maybe the size of the average persons pinky finger

That's the best pics I could get without moving a lot of rock.
It's mostly on the bottoms / backs of my rocks.

the one in my tank is that color and consistancy but it isn't growing the way a sponge does. It is growing in a longer taller pattern
