What is this slug-like thing?

Hi All,

Newbie here. I have just one piece of live rock in my tank and I noticed this thing crawling on it. Looks like a slug or maybe a clam. It had two white spiny/horn looking things on what I think is the front of it. Don't know if you can get a good look from the pics, but it hid as soon as I turned the light on to take some pics.

On another note, I noticed this long, tan/brown tube thing coming out of the rock as well. It looked like it was feeding or something. Couldn't get a pic of it. It was slightly translucent. Any ideas? Is this a bad thing?

sea cucumbers are good heres why?
The diet of most cucumbers consists of plankton and decaying organic matter found in the sea.
they are generally scavengers, feeding on debris in the benthic zone of the ocean.
so they eat nasty stuff like fish poo an stuff like that so they are good

doesn't look like any peanut worm or cuccumber I have ever seen. It looks more like a stomatella but I don't see any hard shell.
