What is the best brand for test kits?

Salifert and AP (aquarium pharmecueticals liquid) are the only kits I use.
Not sure if chem pure affects the results or not....

Salifert: For Magnesium,srotnium ,iodine
American Pharmaceutical For: Calcium ,ammonia,nitrites, Nitrates,kh,and Phosphates;a.p Are Very Easy To Use And Very Accurate For These Type Of Tests

I use Seachem test kits and feel they are very accurate.

Salifert here but, going to be changing to Sera.
Not sure about the Chem Pur affecting the results though. Does the container have any info on that?
Maybe you could contact the company and see what they have to say?

salifert here for most everything. nitrite and ammonia i use the cheap tetra kits. all else monitors or salifert. however the phosphate tests made by salifert aree not all that good. the Chem Pur will effect some tests. it can effect your ph and contains resins of ammonia and nirate. so it more than likely does effect the test, in what way who know, first you need to know what exactly is in it. might raise aluminum like phos gaurd does with IO salt mixed water. i would stick with just carbon, the chemi pure i think just masks the real problem. IMO anyway.
