Beside from my reef tank, I also keep an fresh water tank, built into my bar, where I kept several flowerhorn since last Jan. I've noticed there fishes have been acting weird and the pebbles/subrates have been pushed up against the side of the tank. I never thought that the fishes would atually breed but look like one pushed out a sack of eggs. So here is my question as I have never dealt with this before, what am I supposed to do now? am I supposed to move the eggs as I don't want the baby fish to get pulled in to the filtration system.

I would not do anything with the eggs. It is likely they are not fertile. Flowerhorns are rumored to be hybrids, so they don't have offspring. Think of mules. You get a mule by mating a donkey with a horse. The offspring are mules. But, you can't mate a mule with a mule and get anything.

If research shows that they may be fertile then if you want to raise the offspring you may have to remove the parents and put a screen over the filter intake.
