Ok when i went swimming with the dolphins last summer, i was ammazed by their strength , i mean, they're hard as hell, smooth, not an once of fat( well what we consider fat; you know what i mean) They pull me like a twigg, pushed me out of the water, it was cool. One of my childhood dream.

I was pondering what's are strongest muscle, and i found it in a medical journal, plus it's a question in one of the trivial pursuit.

The strongest muscle relative to size is actually the tongue.

But the muscle of your body who takes the biggest charge is : Your Legs

The muscle with the most force behind it is the jaw muscle!

The largest and most weight bearing muscles are your gluteus maximus, followed by your quadraceps.
