Hey everyone,

Just a quick question. Are all saltwater test kits the same? If not, can someone recommend one? Thanks and have a great night!!!

YOu will get different opinions from people, but for the price API for Alk and Ca, and Elos and Salifert for Mg. for Po4, nitrate I can not comment. Get a meter for PH.

For your basic tests API or Red Sea work for me. I use Salifert for Ca, Mg & PO4.

Stay away from test strips.

also may consider looking into hanna instruments aquaculture photometers, they're a bit more pricy off the bat, but eliminate the guessing of colormatching
