Taking off biocube14 hood

how do you take off the hood of a biocube14.

i've had a 29 and it wasn't on a hindge. i do have a jbj now and it's a plasic type hindge. i had to pull pretty hard to get it off and be carefully not to get water everywhere.

Screwdriver. Pop the pins out. Kind of like a door hinge in your house. It is realllllllllly easy
