Since 6700K has the most par, would it be ok if I use 3daylight and 1actinic? Or 4daylight and 2actinic?

ATI daylights have the highest PAR for T5 Hos.

and yes, that is perfectly fine. I personally like the bluer color more and also I like how it makes some colors pop out more.
