sump size for 180

looking for sump size ideas. been told my 40 breeder is too small for my 180 let me know what size i should get

75&90 are same except 90 is 4 inches taller , i havea qo9000

you want a sump that can catch water if your power goes out i have a 185 gallon with a 55 gallon sump however when i shut my power off it catches the water and doesnt flood
