Species Question

These are a few possibilities for the two fish vacancies I will fill in my reef tank. One, what are they? Two, are they reef safe? And finally, will they cause any trouble with an Emperor Angel?

I reeeeaaalllly like #1.

Thanks!

My guesses are as follows:
1. Cirrhitichthys falco...the Dwarf Hawkfish
2.Paracheilinus lineopunctatus...the Spot-Lined Flasher Wrasse (Looks like a male)
3.? Looks familiar, but I'm tired and drawing a blank.
4. Paracheilinus attenuatus (also a male)

There are many species of flasher wrasses that look very similar, and ID'ing them from photos can be tough. PLUS, there are species that pop up from parts of the South Pacific that either aren't well known, or not well photographed.
