some type of worm??

I got this frag today and it has a worm, I think. I have looked through the worm pictures and tried to identify it, but no luck. So here it is.. it is the one coming out of the white tube, botom left

Maybe a feather duster? Its hard to tell

It has three green colored disks that come out first. i just got another glipse of it, it is covered with gray red tipped hairs.

Looks more like some kind of bristle worm to me, but it is hard to tell from that pic.
