sizing a chiller

i'm trying to get a chiller for my new setup, as i've had major temp issues on my current 90, and want to keep a good solid temperature in my new setup.

40 gallon breeder
20 gallon frag tank
30 gallon sump (15 gallons of water normally)

lights... 5x39w t5 on the 40, and 5x24w of t5 on the 20 frag tank

deltec ap 600 skimmer and an eheim 1262 to feed both tanks from the sump. i may have to put another pump in for the frag tank.

this is my first foray with chillers... do you think 1/10th hp would do it?

thanks!

What amount of drop are you needing? Example - tank water stays 82.0 deg but you need it at 78.0 deg = 4 deg drop needed.

well, like everything else go one step up from what you need. the operating cost will cover the price difference of a smaller one in time. i have the artica chiller, very nice looking and o so quiet chillers. imo artica and pacific chillers are by far the best on the market. for the sizing here is a link for articas. How to Size a Chiller iused this and it has proven to be accurate.
