I'm trying to set up my Ca reactor;

Is is ok to lay the CO2 tank on it's side, or does it need to be standing upright?

Can anyone tell me?
Thanks!!!

We lay our CO2 tank on it's side for our FW tank. We've had it that way for about 5 years now without problem.

With a CO2 tank, the CO2 will still come out if it is sideways, but you might want to get a second opinion tho

I saw this an thought it was funny, so I added it:explode:

And hey TG I put my potters in my av for you to enjoy, since you wont get one for yourself;)

It doesn't matter which way the CO2 tank is sitting. It will be fine on it's side. A CO2 bottle that you use on your tank is really no different than a fire extinquisher bottle. They both contain CO2 and they sit on their sides all the time and work fine. Hope that helps.
