Shrimp with large lump on the side

I noticed the other day that one of my cleaner shrimp has this large growth on his side. He seems to be acting normal. Anything to worry about it?

no problems on this cleaner shrimp. its like fish fat.

I'm no expert but that doe's not look like a full tummy? Can you get a close look to see if it's a parasite, maybe use a magnifying glass? Hope its ok and lives a long life.
