sea pansy (Renilla reniformis)

Has anyone kept these in their tanks before? If so, any info would be appreciated. (Did you feed it, if so, what? What kind of lighting does it like, stuff like that)

Yeah, that was what I was finding. I know a good deal about them in general, but I can't find anything about them relating to their cultivation and maintenance in the lab or aquarium.

Oh well, They look happy anyway!

blythe, I have one in my tank. I collected it myself off Jacksonville. I placed it on the sand in direct light and it opened up fine. I guess it didnt care too much for the light though (150W MH) because shortly thereafter it "walked" under the rocks. I do see it every once in a while, but not often. I have never directly fed it. It has been in my 29g tank for about 3 months. HTH

AFAIK, they are very similar to Sea Pens.

JKS, I got mine off sapelo island GA. there are two of them and they are doing a good bit of walking.
