RSM Pump not working!

I turned of my rsm for 5 min to taake pics, then turned them back on and punp1 doesnt work! Ive taken it apart as much as i know how, and nothing is hung the only think is it seeme like the fan gets hung after about 20 revoultions and stop for a second or 2 and then continues, but their is 0 water pump throught it

it sounds like the impellar broke,common problem with the Hydor pumps.call Pinky at Red Sea for a replacement.

take them apart and clean them thoroughly. That the impellers out....they get slimy and bind up. Sometimes my pumps seem to start for no reason...I shut them off and back and and they seem to work. Not the most reliable pumps

also can you take it apart any more than the propelor?

Mine sometimes will not start. If I turn if off then back on again it eventually starts. Sometimes it takes a few tries.

I switched my original pump with a maxijet 900. Its been working really well
