ok i i got some sand and rocks from marco rocks what im wondering is it nessesary to rinse the sand i know you are supossed to but i have rinsed some and im going through alot of ro water...i know it will make my tank cloudy but im just setting it up so as long as it clears up i dont really care about that..it seems like the sand is real fine so i dont know if the rinse water will ever clear up..thanks for the help oh also do you have to do anything special to the rocks?

the cloudiness will clear up over time all i did with my marco rocks was rinse them off hope this helps
