Replacing Smaller Circulation Pump

Have a friend who bought a used RAM 250 and the smaller pump died. I have an extra Eheim Compact 3000 and an extra Eheim 1250. I know either will work but without taking my pump out, can't remember what size the return hose to the tank is. Does anyone remember? I have fittings and reducers, just want to make sure that I send everything that he needs.

Thanks. I must not have been clear. I knew the pumps outlet size. I needed the size of the tubing that is attached to the Red Sea outlet for the small pump.
