I need to find a good refugium lighting for my soon to be new refugium. I am currently using one clamp light . I guess I could get another lamp.. would two of the 19watt (85watt) bulbs be enough for 14" of water?

How deep is your refugium water and what do you use for lighting?

I am running a 75 gallon RR tank, so about 18" of water with sand. I am running a 175 watt Metal Halide Yard lights from Lowes on mine, with the original bulb. It covers the whole tank and makes the algae grow like mad. Only paid 25.00 for each light with Bulb. I then just bypassed the light sensor that makes it only come on at night.

Mine is a 24 watt 7100k strip light for a tank 16 inches deep. Right now the light is on a temporary tank that is about 12 inches deep and stuff is growing like crazy.
