Programming APEX for dosing pumps help needed

I'm new to APEX and need some help/advice writing a program for my 3 dosing pumps. I want each pump to dose on a different schedule so no other pump is dosing at the same time. Also, I would like the program to tell my pumps not to dose if the PH exceeds a particular level.

Any chance anyone one here has a tried and tested program already written similar to what I have outlined above that they could share? I'm a little paranoid that because I'm just learning that I will screw up and overdose my tank. Thanks!

It is a downloadable excel spreadsheet. You just input your parameters and it outputs the correct code that you then copy/paste into the Apex outlet.
