I'm trying to post a picture of my green algae overgrowth to get help finding out what algae eating critters are best at eating it up. Why is it such a tedious task to post a pic? Does it really have to be smaller than 300kb? Is there an easier way?

You can make a flikr or photobucket account and post the image link onto here, I think thats easiest

If you create a photobucket acct and upload the pics there you will get a img code on the right hand side about mid way down the page you click that it automatically copys the code you just past it to the forum its the easiest way I've seen

I just figured it out myself and it is really easy once you do it a couple times. If you have a smartphone there is also a photobucket app that works really well and all the pictures you take with the phone (all of mine are) gets uploaded automatically to photobucket so thats one step closer that you don't have to worry about.
